Service description

DialTheList (“DTL,” “we,” “us”) provides list activation services: managed initial outreach email, engager tracking, warm AI voice on qualified engagers only, staging, and human meeting handoff. DTL is a sibling product to OwnerRoll (data discovery) under Null World Marketing.

Hybrid sender-of-record

Under our Hybrid Master Services Agreement, you remain the sender-of-record for email outreach (and telephone numbers where applicable). DTL acts as a processor executing send and voice workflows you authorize. Separate terms apply to OwnerRoll data packs.

Engager gate & warm voice only

AI voice outreach runs only after your configured engager gate fires. The product default is click (link click in the activation email). You may tighten to reply per campaign. Open-only tracking is discouraged and may require admin approval. DTL does not provide cold AI voice blasting or national dialer self-serve in the MLP.

Your compliance obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws governing your outreach, including:

  • CAN-SPAM and applicable state email marketing rules
  • TCPA, FCC guidance on AI/prerecorded voice, and state telemarketing restrictions
  • Do-not-call registries and your own suppression lists
  • Recording-consent requirements in applicable states
  • Terms of use for source systems and email service providers

Engager gating is a risk-reduction control, not a substitute for legal review of your consent posture.

List sources & data quality

OwnerRoll packs are the encouraged source (cited public records). Manual CSV and other integrations may be accepted with different pricing and SLA. You warrant you have a lawful basis to contact individuals on any list you submit. DTL does not guarantee dialability of every phone number.

Pilot deposits & refunds

Activation pilots require a 50% deposit at intake (balance invoiced at scope confirmation). Deposits are refundable if the pilot delivers zero human meetings and DTL operations failed to execute the agreed scope — not if the underlying pack has unusable contact data (OwnerRoll QA applies upstream).

Pilot capacity

We cap concurrent activation pilots to protect delivery quality. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate start; we confirm scope, hybrid MSA acceptance, and slot availability before live outreach.
